If you would
like to make a real difference in someone’s life, the Livermore READ Project is
seeking additional volunteer tutors to help motivated adults improve their
basic reading and writing skills. A FREE

Please help out by signing up to donate blood. The process takes about an hour and, as
always, there
are snacks and refreshments after you donate.
You must be 17 years old or older, and be in good health. They will have “Alex” there (which is
optional!), a machine that can remove the equivalent of two units of blood in
one sitting. That gives them twice as
much blood product, and you only have to give once (and don’t have to come back
for four months!).
