BIBLE BASIC SEMINAR

A new seminar is beginning which is an interactive discussion of the main teachings of scripture.  This is a great unit for anyone considering membership at Our Savior, or someone who’s curious about what we believe, or even someone who wants to “refresh” their memory.  This event is lead by Pastor Philip Scharnitzke, and will include other facilitators as well.  Come to Room 18, Sundays, April 22 – June 24, 10:15-11 a.m.

WOMEN’S CRAFT, HOBBY, AND CATCH-ALL NIGHT will take place on Sunday, April 22, 6:30—8:30 p.m. in the ECDC.  This gathering provides an opportunity for women to gather socially while accomplishing tasks along the way, such as mending, paying bills, a craft, or whatever you need to accomplish, while you connect with other women. Feel free to bring a snack to share.  Call if you have questions or need child care—Linda Futral, Rene Moyers, Karen Buntjer.

Hopefully, you have marked April 28th on your calendar to attend the ANNUAL PTO AUCTION.  This year’s auction will take place here at Our Savior Lutheran Ministries.  The evening will start at 5:00 p.m. with a wine and cheese reception during the silent auction.  Following, will be a dinner buffet including a “build your own pasta bar”, mixed greens salad, Italian bread basket and Chef’s choice dessert. The festivities will then conclude with the excitement of a live auction.  Tickets for this event are $30 each (not including wine) and went on sale Monday, April 2nd.  You may purchase tickets in the Pre-school and Business Offices from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00.p.m.  They will also be sold in ECC from 3:00-5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday.  In addition they will be available during the fellowship time on Sunday, April 15th and Sunday, April 22nd.  This is a great fellowship and fundraising opportunity; we hope you’ll join us.  If you have any questions, please contact Debbie Bertolino at 913-0163 or Traci Sprayberry at 447-2082 ext. 203.

CHILDREN’S MUSICAL

Schemes, suspense, humor and wonderful music are all present in the spring musical presented by our children’s choirs!  Don’t miss “Kings, Dreams and Schemes: the Story of Daniel,” on Sunday, April 29, during Sunday school time.  Young people from all of our children’s choirs have been hard at work preparing this delightful and uplifting musical and they would love to present this message of God’s love to a full house!  Join us in the sanctuary from 10:15 – 11:00 a.m.
